Let's cultivate good habit to be prettier
1. Say 'No' to supper
- Don't eat anything 2 hours before bed.
- Especially food with high level of salts which will lead to enema on face or body easier.
2. Careful in selection of beverages before bed
- Drinking too much liquor before bed will cause dilation of blood vessel and edema (especially mixed liquor, sugary soft drinks/fruit juices etc)
- for lazy people like me will suit & love to use cleansing oil
4. Some caffeine for beautiful eyes
- Caffeine able to decrease edema on eyes/dark circles/shrink blood vessels
5. ByeBye acne!
- Generously apply some anti-inflammatory product on pimples, then stick ventilated tape on and press lightly. The redness will be reduced next day.
- To conceal acne scar, put on concealer on acne, press some loose powder on and put on concealer again.
6. Exercises ( not intense one)
- Lift your legs at 45 degree against the wall till you feel numb
7. Go to bed with tidied hair
- Comb your hair and put on some moisturize/hydrating hair products to avoid frizzy hair next morning
8. Take a shower next morning!
- In rush? Troublesome? Turn on the hot shower to let bathroom fills with water vapor will feel refreshing too.
- Skin will absorb skincare products better when pores opened and moist situation.
