be good to our precious skin!!

I always taught by my beloved mom to never be picky in eating to be nutritionally balance 


and healthy, and eventually to have a good skin condition (zero pores/radiant skin/low level of melanin etc).

When I don't feel like eating the food, i would ask my mom: "ma, will i be prettier after 



eating this?" 


HAHAxx, so hilarious but 


this is "SO ME" since I was at age of 10 or something XD 


until now, I'll still consider of the nutrition of food whenever and wherever I dine in. 


(shall this be taken as a good habit? ;)) lol






But SO SAD my skin condition now is average only ='( 


"thanks to" the stress, sleep at late hours, forgotten to drink plenty of water etc. 


:(


No , no worries! 

now i have decided and determine not to ill-treat my skin anymore!! & start to buy some
high rating products with collegen/Hyaluronic acid! teeheeeeee XDD



Apart from good skincare products, our daily habits plays the major role seriously. 

These are very basics but the most important and hardest one to practise ::::


1.Follow a healthy diet & drink sufficient water

(salad! my all time favourite :D 



2. Get plenty of sleep 
   
my mom always nagging at me to sleep early and have beauty sleep in order not to let our

eyes ageing faster and also of course for the benefit of healthy!
   
Well most of the time, it's hard for me )= 

idk why just "can't bear" to sleep at earlier hours :'/



3. Exercise


one of my bestie loves to do yoga! she's living a very healthy and wonderful life in sg. 


awhh, i miss her damn much )'=


But anyway, for me i would prefer to play badminton/jogging rather than yoga. (haha ;) 


perhaps yoga makes me sleepy?! lolx ==


i love to get myself sweat during exercise as it makes me feel sooo refreshing :D






4. Exfoliate to remove dead skin cells




5. Use a sunblock


Must choose the sunblock lotion with PA+++. 
3 Plus is a must to have a better resistance from UV. 
After I bought Vaseline sunblock lotion , I only found that it only has PA++! two plus only :(
how careless. 




6. Additionally, use sleeping mask before sleep is a MUST (: 




It helps you achieve bright radiant skin and better absorption of nourishing nutrition that 


we didn't get enough during our daily lives. 




I prefer Laneige water sleeping mask more than the Face Shop Raspberry sleeping mask as


 laneige's more easier and faster for skin to absorb (: 






** If we never take enough nutritions (from meals) everyday, expensive/branded products won't get to improve the skin condition tremendously and long lasting effects too.
